My Terrazza rug is my interpretation of a tiled or mosaic floor. I love the patterned floors of Italian churches, and the pebble mosaics of the eastern mediterranean and wanted to portray my own very colourful rug version of one of these floors. Orange, yellow and blue are a favourite colour combination of mine, specially when set off with the contrasting black.
