As seen in The New York Times Style Magazine’s Crafting With T series where I shared my step-by-step guide to help you create a simplified version of this shade at home. This small hand painted paper coolie lampshade is covered in our signature Oak Leaf pattern in red with red dots on top and is perfect for pairing with our Red Oak Leaf Vase table lamp base.
Each shade is unique and has been individually handcrafted in the UK before being hand painted and signed by me in our London studio. The cream background is replete with falling oak leaves that have contrasting blue stems. Designed to be lit up, the red pigments in our paints pop when you turn the light on, bringing a lovely warmth to the room.
