Circles & Stripes is one of my signature designs. I suppose there is a nod to my Bloomsbury heritage here – but I like to think it comes very much from my own sense of pattern. This vase table lamp is intended to be paired with the 14” Circles & Stripes lampshade in yellow and gold and matches it perfectly.
These unique lamp bases are designed to go with our selection of lampshades. They are made of turned elm and produced especially for us in Sussex. I paint each one by hand which means no two are ever the same – though perfection is my aim. They are all bear my painted signature near to the base.
After painting they receive a protective semi-matt varnish and are fitted with a brass switched bayonet cap lampholder and a classic linen-covered stripey cream & black flex.
